Today on my FB page, I received quite a few strong opinions regarding whether or not it is EVER right for a Pastor to ask a congregation member or covenant member to take out a personal loan for the church.
It all stemmed from this story http://budurl.com/churchloan I read about a married couple which took out a loan of 900k for a church start-up and is now headed to court because the Pastor says it was a donation.
What a mess!
What's your opinion?
